Using Notipala
These terms govern use of Notipala, a research and knowledge workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to the operator at [email protected] . You must be an adult and able to enter into this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Accounts and connected sources
Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the sources you authorize and the content you select. Connecting Gmail or Notion is optional and subject to that provider’s terms. Do not import another person’s confidential or personal information unless you have the required permission or other lawful basis.
Your content and our permission to process it
You retain ownership of your content. You give Notipala a non-exclusive permission to store, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, including attachment extraction, memory, search and AI responses. This permission is limited by the Privacy Policy and, for Google API data, Google’s Limited Use requirements. It does not grant permission to sell your content or train generalized AI models on Google user data.
AI-generated results
AI-generated answers, summaries, classifications and links may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Verify important claims and check cited source material. Notipala does not provide professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using its output.
Acceptable use
Do not use Notipala to violate law or others’ rights, distribute malicious content, obtain unauthorized access, bypass account isolation or usage limits, or interfere with the service. Do not misrepresent generated content as verified fact. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, protect users or comply with law.
Trial features and availability
Features, models and import limits may change as Notipala develops. Trial and experimental features may be interrupted or discontinued. No uptime or response-time guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing. If paid features are offered, their price and billing terms must be presented before purchase; these terms do not themselves authorize a charge.
Ending use
You can stop using Notipala, disconnect sources and delete conversations. See the Privacy Policy for account and data requests. Disconnecting does not erase imported copies. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms or where needed for security or legal reasons. Content rights and provisions that reasonably need to survive termination continue to apply.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement or waive non-waivable rights.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version and date will be posted here. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an available account contact channel. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms.
